    I rode a few miles of single track west of Silverton in 2011. Concluded it was not for me. Some of it was off-camber on the side of a steep hill with rocks. I've ridden lots rougher stuff at Moab, but the trail there was wide enough for a jeep. Big difference.

    Problem with rugged single track is that if your bike breaks or you get hurt in a fall, it's extremely hard for rescue people to get you out. My age & health make that a significant risk factor.

    Hey Norm, they call them the rocky's for a very good reason! lol Man, I still have flashbacks about those damn rocks! I like my trails in SE ohio better. :D
