I can't remember if I've asked this before, but after getting beat to death by my overly stiff rear spring on my 2002 RC51 I went one size lighter, which helped a lot. However, I'm still getting too much pounding back there. Is there anything short of an Olien's(sp) shock replacement for my cure?
Ummmmmm, I've got the spring pre-load set so the motorcycle drops about an inch under it's own weight. The compression dampening is set where it feels best (same goes for the pre-load). However, I think this is the motorcycle that I can't turn the rebound adjuster screw at all.
Maybe I should have applied the same advice to my stuck rebound dampening adjustment screw that was suggested for my stuck VFR spanner. LOL
