    2012 Mail Pouch Fly-By Car

So what do you do in the area at the Mail Pouch Fly-By MSTA event if you show up in a car?

    Parkersburg WV
    Oil and Gas Museum
Fort Boreman Park (claimed to be the most spectacular view in the Mid-Ohio Valley)
    Julia-Ann Square Historic Homes
    Blennerhassett Museum
Boat ride down the Ohio to Blennerhasset Island
Tour Blennerhasset Island by horse and wagon

    Williamstown WV

    Henderson Hall Plantation

    Stewart WV
Skyline Speedway Dirt track racing on Friday night. (Get your money's worth, over at 1am)

    Cumberland Ohio
    The Wilds (Huge safari park)

    Marietta Ohio
    Ohio River Museum
Rode the Valley Gem Paddleboat up the Ohio River
    Marietta Brewing Company
Toured the W.P. Snyder Jr. a 1918 steamboat

Hell I'm wore out and have got to start riding again soon just to get some rest. There were a LOT of Triumphs in the parking lot and hope to join them next time. Thanks to all that made the event possible and the food was great!
I take a classic European view .... a motorcycle is primary transport.

You went to the wilds, cool I've ridden by there many times and wondered what its like. Definitely no shortage of tourist activities in that area. Glad you had a good time.

I second the thanks to all those that worked so hard to put on this event. I had a great time as usual.

I too want to thank the Campbell's, Swartz', Norm Kern for the GPS files, Jim Mullin for leading a great dual sport ride Saturday and the rst of the folks who pitch in to run the event. It always goes by way too fast!

Dang, I hate to have missed this one. I was hoping everyone had a lousy time so I wouldn't feel so bad about it. TM

Yeah Tom, you were noticably absent as were some of the other regular attendees (Pat Mogavero, Jim/Ginny LaPoint). Sorry to say some of the best weather we've had for a mail pouch in a few years. A welcome change after some rain the last 2-3 years.
