    Post Camping

Anyone else camping at the rally?

I plan to find a spot at the Resort or the nearby COE campground.

For anyone coming in from the West, Southwest or South I'll be camping Thursday night at the Springhill Campground just east of Fort Smith. I can't leave work till about noon or one so that should put me there around duskish. But whoever wants to stay is more than welcome I've got the site covered. If you will be there before me just PM me and I'll send you the Reservation number so you can go ahead and get the site.

I have a site reserved already and have plenty of room as it has a 40 something foot long parking area and we're good for up to 8 folks. Site A14 if you go to the park map which has power and water and isn't too far from the lake or the showers.

I have tentative plans for that weekend, but things may change. And I haven't done any camping this year. It's about time I broke out the tent and pad before it gets nasty. I camped at a nice Forest Service campground a couple of years ago when attending the ByWay Boogie. It's a nice time of year for sleeping on the ground.
    We'll see.

The last BWB I went to it was at Paris and I camped down at Cove Lake a few miles away. It was a pretty nice place.

Yeppers...that's the same place I camped. One of the loops was mostly taken by a family for a reunion, but the other loop was virtually deserted. On my loop, there were 2 other camp sites taken, and each was for one night only. I had my choice of sites and it was wonderful.
