I just tried it and worked for me.
Pilot, I think the issue you are having is that you do not have MSTA member status on the forum/website. Notice how it says Junior Member on yours, and MSTA member on mine. As the info on the link says, it could take a few days for the website admin to verify your membership information and grant you member access. If that won't work quickly enough post your email address here (or send me a message with it) and I'll email you the file.
You need to submit a request for member access, try this
