    LSR Record

Allow me to brag just a little. The student team I am working with at Ohio State set an East Coast Timing Association record in the standing mile at 144+ MPH for an electric motorcycle. We broke the previous record we set yesterday of 131MPH. It was a fun weekend!

I would say only if you are the kind of guy who asks directions when lost. Else abandon all hope. :-)

What about using a GPS, does that make one less of a man? Who needs to ask for directions with those? (Used one for the first time during STAR and my week long trip through various parks in CO/WY. Loved the ease of finding food/gas and my hotel.

Good stuff... I love it when a non rider writes something. "Jennifer Holt, a professionally trained motorcycle driver"
    Hmm... Motorcycle driver indeed!

Bill you should have ridden that thing to the record.

I was watching an AMA race from Barber on TV the other day and the commentator (Scott Russell a former world champion "rider") even referred to a competitor as a "driver". Could be that his time doing some 4 wheel racing (he was on a team in Grand Am Rolex series a year or two ago) has gotten Mr. Daytona a little confused.

I am "considering" running the FZ1 in September just for giggles.

The lady at CAR is not likely to be a rider and I don't know what she was given to work with.
