June 30 – Traverse City Ride

Hello Everyone,

I have organized a ride going north to Traverse City, for lunch, on Saturday, June 30. This will be a laid-back ~500 mile day. We will have plenty of pit stops, lunch at Mabel’s, a coffee stop in Leland’s Fish Town, and then arc down the west side of the state, through Grand Rapids and then home.

Total ride time, including a number of breaks, refueling stops, and an hour for lunch, is designed to be 12 hours. (start point to start point)

Plymouth Coffee Bean opens at 7am, offering pastries, some cook-to-order foods, and beverages. Near the northeast corner of Harvey & Penniman, it offers raised patio seating overlooking street-level parking.
