    Old member, new to fourm

Hi all, my name is Mike Harper and though I am new to the forum I have been a member scents 2005.I have been to several SE Stars and to Sparta, as well as several other rallies. I ride a 03 Fjr 1300 and a 01 Ninja 250. It’s funny that with all the big bikes I have had over the years, the one I have had the most fun on is the little Ninja.
I am looking forward to seeing all that will be at Helen this year.
    Lets ride!

While it may be big compared to the Ninja 250, the bike in my garage that puts one of the biggest smiles on my face is a 1980 Suzuki GS450e. I still think about the time I was riding with some friends in a area with some long grades. One of them commented on how well my little bike handled one particular grade. Ok...I downshifted from 6th to 5th, but other than that, the 450 handled it just fine. It's not a tiddler to anyone that's ever had one.
