After doing some research on the product that powers this forum, I found out that not all browsers support the WYSIWYG function of this editor. I use Chrome and so I see all the edit markup tags in my editor which can become quite a mess to try to edit. I tried IE (Internet Explorer) and it works as a true WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor. There were some discussions about vBulletin not supporting Chrome others, so I don't know if there is a version or bug fix coming for vBulletin or not. Bottom line, if you see a lot of brackets and codes in your posts and replies, try using another browser like IE.
