Do those guys in that video have some sort of snorkel for an air intake? I don't see it, but they must have rigged something to correspond to the exhaust extension. Pretty weird.

Yes you can see the snorkel at the end of the video.

And so it is. As long as his windshield is above the water, I guess he can keep going.

I'm not sure there's anywhere I want to get badly enough to do that. :-)
