So are you ok with relying on their judgement not to sandwich you into the car in front of you? No one has eyes in the back of their head and you can't be glued to your mirrors all the time. When...

That's good to see one has made it that far. The Texas one has died in committee many years in a row.
It should be pointed out that there are MANY states that have no law against it but many...
Lets go folks make me an offer. I need to get this guy out of the barracks Parking lot and into someone else's hands.

That Rustolem paint job can actually come out really good. Just takes some elbow grease. Really good prep work (which is key to any paint job) and some time spent buffing and polishing the finished...
The road and the bike have always felt like home to me. Even when being out and about for a month I've never felt like I wanted to be home right that second. The only times I get "homesick" are...
Old thread from last year.
I bought an adventure bike so this one needs to go. Too many bikes around right now for me so need to thin out the stable. Clear Texas title in hand.
You get to keep the Madstad windscreen, MV...
I would like to point out that there are MANY states that do not have laws one way or another about sharing/filtering/splitting just like California. Texas (my home state) is one of those states. ...
Damn looks to be in really good shape. I have no interest other than this was one of those bikes I really wanted when I first started riding. When I turned 16 in 2001 I knew it was an old bike but...
I agree trying to protect my Bel Vector 995 from the weather is a PITA sometime but I scored it used on craigslist for less than 75 bucks and it's hard for my cheap butt to come up off of some money...
Guess we get a crapload of videos from russia cause some where around 1.3 million of their cars have cameras installed on them to help fight back against insurance fraud and police corruption.

I got to test ride a Brammo electric bike for about 20 miles the other day. VERY neat bike though IMO only useful for urban riding. Highway range is about 60ish miles but city range is a bit over...
Ran into a fellow MSTA member in Julian, CA this weekend. He was saying there is a California MSTA event around the 20th of April. Figured since I just moved to San Diego this weekend I'd pop in...

Year round riding for the most part. You just have to deal with extreme heat in some areas and where I'm at wind that just never quits. I rode home and to work today in some pretty gnarly wind that...
I prefer mine on my helmet so my camera points where my head does.
Austin is a major metro area. You are going to see more cops there. I've ridden from Fort Worth to Big Bend and (500ish miles) seen one DPS officer the whole way.
Looks like a miniature Goldwing. no thanks. Fugly.
I stopped at the DFW arm of Moto Liberty for their shindig

I had an 04 model. Probably one of the best bikes I ever owned. It had 78,xxx miles on it when she died (accident not because of a fault with the bike) :(
I put that info on the side of my helmet. My current medical history is of little concern to any attending EMTs and I have no medical allergens that I'm aware of at this point in my life. So my...
Any alterations shop can do this for you. I've had crappy plastic zips replaced with nice high end brass zips in riding pants many times. Shouldn't cost much.
It doesn't have to be a place that...
Yup got orders to go to Cali back in November. Starting to get stuff in line now to leave towards the middle/end of March.
If you are the camping type they allow camping (at least they did last year) for 10 dollars a night and provide one of their spare rooms with a shower and sink. I slept well out there last year.
