This sign made sense to me.

Several years ago Flo and I traveled the same section of 421. We came across a female truck driver spinning the dual tandem drive tires trying to get up and around a tight curve. With some suggestions, the driver was able to back-up and then take a wider approach with some momentum and continue, BUT took both lanes on some blind curves. The truck driver did not seem appreciative of our assistance, because she did not yield for us to pass. So we were stuck behind her for some very slow miles.... You just never know what is around that blind curve!

Galen, that's a shame since I like to think that professional truck drivers are some of the best drivers out there. But alas, I guess they too have been infiltrated by the less knowledgeable.
